OUR IMPACT
We at Stett 4 Kids work hard to provide for children in need in a variety of ways. Our largest program is our Christmas Wishes program, where we provide Christmas gifts for children who would otherwise not have the opportunity to experience a full Christmas morning. We also help provide resources, funds and materials for children in need of school supplies, clothes and funding for field trips.
Supporting our Christmas program means so much to these kids and their families. Some parents work so hard to make ends meet but just don’t have extra income for gifts. Many times the gifts are really needs. We deliver every Christmas Wish!
All schools offer field trips for the students. Some kids miss the opportunity to experience these trips since their family cannot afford to pay the fees. I believe this is an important opportunity for these kids to get a glimpse of another way of life or participate in important educational opportunities.
Children feel better and perform better when they have decent clothing. I personally shop with children in the Cincinnati, Ohio area for back to school clothing each year. "I have never had a brand new pair of sneakers." Said a 9th grader while crying. "Maybe I won't get picked on tomorrow in class". Said an 8th grader with so much hope of fitting in.
Children want to be proud of the work they turn in and the projects they create. Donating to the supply fund allows the kids to have the opportunity to feel proud to display a project or turn in an assignment. Most importantly is levels the playing field for the student to compete or show up feeling confident and proud to participate.
Stett 4 Kids is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Contributions made to Stett 4 Kids are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
