Rick Sapio, a devoted father of four, is courageously battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Since August 2023, he’s been fighting through experimental treatments, but his journey is far from over. Tragically, his wife Melissa has also been diagnosed with stage IV cancer that metastasized to her liver. Both parents are now in a life-or-death fight, leaving their four children facing an uncertain future.
